Impact Building Compliance Services is an arm of Impact Group, a privately-owned group of companies providing professional services to the construction and property development sector. It was formed in 1999 by Wayne Golledge, Managing Director.
Impact's Building Compliance Division has grown to management of approximately 100 projects. It provides specialist Building Code of Australia and building regulations consultancy services, building audits with upgrade recommendations / supervision of upgrade works, design compliance reporting and fire engineering solutions.
Impact Building Compliance Services encompasses specialist arms of Impact Access Consultancy, providing specialist advice on Disabled Access designs (www.impactaccess.com.au). It is also affiliated with Impact Fire Pty Ltd, providing fire safety engineering and fire services design relating to all components of the fire industry (www.impactfire.com.au).
Prior to the formation of Impact Building Compliance Services, it became clear that a void existed in the area of quality Building Regulation and Building Code of Australia (BCA) consulting services. Impact Group provides superior consulting services to the market to fill the void.
