Managing Director
Wayne Golledge is the Managing Director of Impact Group. He has over 20 years experience in the building industry and has a very solid background in building compliance, fire safety and accessibility. He is also a licensed building supervisor.

Mel Green has a Bachelor of Building Surveying with Honours as well as a Masters Degree in Fire Engineering. During his 20 years of experience, he has worked on projects ranging from luxury residential apartments to commercial buildings and on a number of Government-related projects.
